A Moody Palette

I have a bit of new fabric in the studio this week. While I was perusing pictures from the last Quilt Market, I really fell in love with the Bluebird collection over at Cotton + Steel. No real surprise, as blue has been my favorite color for as long as I can remember. I ordered a few of the prints, along with a great black and white design by Karen Lewis. Her Blueberry Park line has the best stash builders! I'm just a little paralyzed when it comes to picking my favorite colors and prints.

I combined these new fabrics with some from my stash. I love the moodiness of this pull. I'm not entirely sure what to make with it yet. Simple patchwork squares would be nice, but I've done that a lot and wonder if I should come up with something different. Whatever I land on, I feel as if I can't go wrong with this combination.
