Munki Munki Blocks
Today I decided to begin work on my Munki Munki blocks. After spending a lot of time collecting fabric, I found it quite hard to cut into it. Especially fussy cutting. But I really like the results. I’m thinking I will make a bunch of different sized blocks over a *long* period of time. I say that because it took the entire afternoon nap time to make these two. Nap time when I should have been….folding laundry, cleaning the kitchen, swiffering the floors, cleaning the bathrooms…all that glamourous stuff! Oh well, the dirty house will still be here tomorrow. :-P

Fantastic use of the Munki Munki, the other fabrics really complement it well!
I just started cutting into mine too and it was so hard.
And the dirty house will still be there a week, or two, or three later :0. Yikes!
Love your blocks!
Adorable! The first one reminds me of pink lemonade
And now I want some lemonade…
GREAT blocks! I only have 1 Munki print thus far (the pink icecream trucks) so I won’t be cutting into that for a while =) House work is NOT a good reason to stop sewing, btw, haha!
Very cute! I especially like the pink and orange one. That pieced-in flower is wonderful.
The turned out so cute!! I haven’t started cutting into my munki much either, I’m thinking I need to change that now!
wow, that first pink block is AWESOME. i’m thinking of making a little pink-ish heather ross log cabin when my spoonflower fabrics arrive! sadly, there’s no way i could ever pull off a fun block like yours, i think it’s going to be simple squares or log cabins for me!:)
