Happy Monday everyone! I am excited this morning to introduce you to my newest sponsor, Alice Essinger of Fresh Modern Fabric! Fresh Modern Fabric is a fabric shop on Etsy, specializing in designer prints and modern quilting solids and basics, including some PFD (prepared for dyeing) fabrics. Alice loves fabric designs that tell a story, so she tends toward illustrative or novelty prints. She also carries organic fabrics and for those looking for Kona solids – she has a lot of those as well. Her background is as a catalog librarian, which really shows in her listings. Lots of great photos in natural light that show the scale of the fabric and very detailed listings.
Alice will set up custom listings for you, including fat quarters and quarter yard cuts. Love that.

The Ghastlie’s are back and hot right now. The next bundle from Spring Street would be a great stash builder for someone just getting started with quilting. And finally, Lizzy House’s 1001 Peeps is now out (and yes, she carries the ENTIRE collection). You can bet some of these Pearl Bracelets will be in my stash! Especially that brown.

The lemon & lime fabrics are gorgeous. Lemons are symbolic of fresh and clean and the fabric portray that feeling. The limes make me think ‘Margaritia’s’.
