Far, Far Away Sneak Peek

Far Far Away Peek

There is no greater motivator than a 3 year old girl asking you if her princess quilt is finished yet. This is a little sneak peek. It is turning out to be a really fun quilt. I spent yesterday afternoon sewing together the top, which was a bit hard considering it looked like this outside.

I’m going to head to my LQS today to see if they have the Kona solids I need for the back. If not I will look this weekend. We are going to Cincinnati for a family visit and my mom and I are going to visit The Fabric Shack. I am already forming my shopping list, I’m pretty excited!

Looks great so far! I am so jealous. Fabric Shack is one of my favorite places to buy fabric, but so far it has only been online (would be a pretty long drive from California, ha!). Have fun!!!

Ha, yes, that would be quite the road trip! It’s funny because when I was little my mom used to take me there and of course I was SO bored. Now I’m going back for the first time in *years* and this time I can’t wait. πŸ˜€

Can’t wait to see more FFA! Good luck on your fab shopping. I’m heading down to Portland, OR for my bday this weekend and hoping to hit some great little fabric shops too.
