Arcadia Stacked Coin Pillows
When I first saw the Moda Arcadia line, I was very excited because it matches our family room perfectly! I decided it was time to replace my couch pillows, which I’ve probably had for 7 years. These are the first pillows I’ve made and I learned a lot in the process. They are 18″ squares with down inserts and invisible zippers. I plan on making 2 more coordinating pillows, but those are a surprise!

I winged it! They’d probably be better if I had used a pattern though.

What kind of solids do you get? I love that brown. You used that as a quilt backing recently, right?
I want to get up the nerve to do a quilt sometime. I’m nervous about the part where you have to do all the safety pinning. Maybe you’ll have to tell me how far I have to get before I do that part, and I’ll have everything ready for the day you come here for the game and I’ll have you take me through it!

I get Bella Solids from the Fat Quarter Shop. Here’s the brown I have – love it! I use Bella Solids for all my white too.
